No physical items are shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers receive access to the digital product via download link and/or email delivery.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
However, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- The product was purchased multiple times by mistake (duplicate purchase)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with personal devices or apps
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
